-High new patient flow.  Need an internet presence,  SEO,  and a great looking website.  Marketing companies.

-Scheduling protocols.  On DBM, we talk about blocking/templating the schedule

-Full hygiene schedules

Dr. Bhullar explains…

-Operational systems

-Demographics study. Do not open in a bad demographic area with dentist to population ratio.

-Invest in yourself. Make sure you can do 90% of the procedures that come through your door.

-Doctor training – clinical, communication, and leadership. 

-Team Training – Phone sklils, communication

-Control operational expense.  Set money aside for marketing
