Episode Details

The Chicago Bears offense is loaded with young talent, but the national respect still has not fully arrived. On today’s episode of Chicago Bears Central, Haize reacts to Rome Odunze and Luther Burden being ranked near the bottom of a new NFC North wide receiver list despite the Bears clearly betting on them as the future after trading DJ Moore.

Haize breaks down why Rome Odunze, Luther Burden, Caleb Williams, Jahdae Walker, Colston Loveland, Sam Roush and Zavion Thomas working together before training camp matters for the Bears’ offensive chemistry. If Chicago wants to take another step in 2026, the young core has to build timing now.

Plus, could Cam Lewis be the Bears’ hidden answer if Kyler Gordon’s health remains a concern? Haize looks at why Lewis’ versatility, slot ability and safety background could be huge for Dennis Allen’s defense. The show also dives into D’Andre Swift missing ESPN’s Top 10 running back rankings despite a strong season in Ben Johnson’s offense.

Are the Bears weapons being disrespected? Is Cam Lewis more important than fans realize? And is D’Andre Swift still underrated after helping power one of the NFL’s best rushing attacks?
