Not your circle, not the industry, not the market. If you want certain things, the work of becoming ready for them falls entirely on you. You can’t negotiate around it, delay it, or wait for someone else to greenlight it. The investment in yourself is the prerequisite to everything else. It’s not optional. It’s just the cost of wanting more.
