Carl and Mark get into some Falcons talk as they react to CBS' Bryan DeArdo's list of quarterback tiers in which Tua Tagovailoa was listed in the sixth and final tier of holdovers and placeholders while Michael Penix Jr. was not listed in any tier, which Carl believes is a bit disrepctful to Penix Jr. as one of the tiers is promising prospects, which Carl believes the third year QB should have been listed.
