The Siders case out of Hamden, Ohio is a horrific alleged child-neglect case involving 16 children who were removed from a rural Vinton County home after authorities found them living in what officials called “deplorable” and “horrific” conditions. Authorities say the children ranged in age from about 18 months to 18 years old.
