Artifact Facts: The Burial Cloth of Jesus Part Three: Scriptural Analysis

Season 4 Episode 147 Published 4 hours ago
Description

In the last episode, we studied the findings from a variety of tests that were done on the Shroud of Turin to determine its authenticity. Now today, we challenge it against the most important source, the Word of God. If it does not line up with the Bible, then we know it can not be accurate. And it would appear upon first look of the accounts of the burial of Jesus that there is indeed an error between the four Gospels. But let’s see what the original language has to say. Tune in to find out if there is indeed an error or if the evidence still stands that this could just possibly be the authentic burial cloth of Jesus.

My goal is that their hearts, having been knit together in love, may be encouraged, and that they may have all the riches that assurance brings in their understanding of the knowledge of the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. - Colossians 2:2-3
