General Hospital spoilers divulge that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) returns to Port Charles, grappling with mental health issues. However, the problem intensifies as Anna starts hallucinating about Peter August (Wes Ramsey), a character formerly portrayed. The ghostly apparition of Peter forces Anna to plot a potentially dangerous act. As she rejoins her life in Port Charles, Anna is welcomed back by her family, including Mac Scorpio (John J York), Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), Emma Drake (Braedyn Bruner), and Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza).

GH spoilers indicate that Her hallucinations of Peter push her to settle a score, possibly against someone Peter despised. Speculation suggests that the target could be Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), whom Peter blamed for his miserable childhood. Other possible targets could be Felicia Scorpio, who killed Peter, or the Quartermaine brothers, Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), both previously targeted by Peter.

GH spoilers suggest that Anna's hallucinations could also lead to her targeting Dr. Liesl Obrecht or Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), both closely related to Peter's brother, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey). Alternatively, she could target nurse Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst), who, along with Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton), was involved in Peter's apparent death.
