Christmas in July is officially back, and Hallmark is kicking off the festivities with Christmas Under Construction, starring Jessica Lowndes and Daniel Lissing. Now... if you found yourself experiencing a tiny case of déjà vu while watching this one, just know you're probably not imagining things.
