Ja: 夏の夕暮れ、京都大学の寮は活気に満ちていました。
En: On a summer evening, the dormitory of Kyoto University was brimming with energy.

Ja: 学生たちは七夕祭りの準備に忙しく、楽しげな声が響いていました。
En: The students were busy preparing for the Tanabata festival, and cheerful voices echoed throughout.
