Description

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Paycom on Tuesday for alleged discrimination against an employee with a severe allergy.

Millions of people across the central and eastern U.S. will experience scorching temperatures this holiday weekend. Stagnant high-pressure heat is expected to last several days.

Although crude reserves at the “Pipeline Crossroads of America” ticked up last week, levels are still hovering near the hub’s reported operational minimum.
