In Episode 2026_27 of The Martial Arts Lifestyle Podcast, host Tim Becherer interviews Indiana based martial artist and instructor Rob Lee. Rob started his martial arts journey in the art of Tae Kwon Do and even got some experience teaching as an assistant in his teenage years. Eventually his martial arts journey crossed paths with some of the Indiana and east coast luminaries in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Silat, and Muay Thai such as Jeff Westfall and Kevin Seaman. Rob is a certified instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto and works with an eclectic group in more of a training group vibe in his home state of Indiana. Tune in and hear his story.
