Followed by The Adventures of Philip Marlowe starring Gerald Mohr, originally broadcast July 5, 1950, 76 years ago, Girl from Pitchfork Corners.  Donna Rawlings hires Marlowe to make sure Arnold Lattimore gets where he's going. Donna turns up dead, and a lovesick girl from Kansas complicates the case. 

Then, Screen Directors Playhouse,  originally broadcast  July 5, 1951, 75 years ago. Only Yesterday starring Mercedes McCambridge and Jeff Chandler.  A newlywed's husband goes off to war. The wife has a baby while he's gone, but when he returns, he's forgotten all about her. After the stock market crash, a reunion takes place. 

Finally, Claudia, originally broadcast July 5, 1948, 78 years ago, It’s a Boy!  Kathryn Bard and Paul Crabtree star.
