Y&R spoilers suggest that Jack and his son Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) are caught in a life-and-death drama as they plot to save Diane from the clutches of the evil Dr. Laurence Markham (Jere Burns). Their plan involves a daring rescue mission that sees Kyle breaking into Markham's residence. However, things take a sinister turn when Patty Williams (Stacy Haiduk), Jack's estranged wife, stabs him at the Abbott mansion. As a result, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) is set to return to the show next week to be present during Jack's medical crisis.
