A new report from national security organization State Armor — sent directly to Congress — reveals that ELI cultivated relationships with Chinese government-affiliated organizations, CCP-linked entities, and groups tied to China's military research ecosystem during its decades of China-related work. Congress is now being urged to investigate. This one matters.
