Which makes weight loss so much harder 

And it’s not the overeating itself it’s what happens after 

I’m going to talk you through the tool we use to drastically reduce how much our clients overeat

The Journal Prompts

1.⁠ ⁠When you feel the emotion, write down what triggered it

2.⁠ ⁠Write down what that means to you and what went through your mind, what beliefs or insecurities does this represent?

3.⁠ ⁠Write down which emotion you’re feeling and what happens when you feel it, how do you behave?

4.⁠ ⁠Write an alternative thought and belief using supportive arguments and evidence

5.⁠ ⁠Write down how you want to feel and how you want to respond next time you experience this
