Will the United States still be in existence in 250 years?  The 250th anniversary of the United States becoming an independent sovereign nation is being celebrated this year . The original founding of the country is often referred to as the "experiment". Recent polls of Americans have suggested the "experiment" could fall apart within the next 250 years.
