Cy: Wrth i'r haul disgleirio drwy'r ffenestri mawr, roedd y siop ysgol yn Llandovery yn llawn o fywyd.
En: As the sun shone through the large windows, the school shop in Llandovery was full of life.
Cy: Plant yn sgwrsio'n llawen, rhieni'n prysuro a silffoedd yn gorlifo â chyflenwadau oedd yn barod i ddechrau blwyddyn ysgol newydd.
En: Children chatting happily, parents hurrying, and shelves brimming with supplies ready to kick off a new school year.
Cy: Yno yn y canol oedd dwy ffrindiau, Eira a Rhys.
En: There in the center were two friends, Eira and Rhys.
Cy: Roedd Eira wedi mynd â rhestr hir o bethau y credai eu hangen.
En: Eira had brought along a long list of things she thought she needed.

Cy: Ond, roedd Eira'n ansicr.
En: But Eira was uncertain.
Cy: Oherwydd ei phryder, roedd yn hoffi cael digon o bopeth rhag ofn i unrhyw brosiect newydd blodeuo.
En: Due to her anxiety, she liked to have plenty of everything just in case any new project blossomed.
Cy: "Rhys, be os oes angen mwy arna i?
En: "Rhys, what if I need more?
Cy: Mae'n well 'diogel na sori," atebodd Eira, a'i llais yn cynnwys tipyn o bryder.
En: Better safe than sorry," Eira replied, her voice tinged with a bit of worry.
Cy: "Wel wyt ti wir angen tair llyfr nodiadau?
En: "Do you really need three notebooks?"
Cy: " gofynnodd Rhys yn dispyr.
En: Rhys asked desperately.
Cy: "Mae'n ormod.
En: "It's too much.
Cy: Bydd hi'n iawn.
En: It'll be fine."
Cy: "Ond yn ei meddwl, roedd Eira'n dychmygu pob sefyllfa posibl lle gallai'r trydydd lyfr nodiadau fod yn hanfodol.
