El: Στο σχολείο στις πλαγιές της Κρήτης, ο Δημήτρης κοίταζε από το παράθυρο της τάξης.
En: At the school on the slopes of Kritis, Dimitris was looking out the classroom window.
El: Η μυρωδιά του θυμαριού έρχονταν με τον αέρα και το γαλάζιο της θάλασσας άνοιγε πόρτες περιπέτειας στο μυαλό του.
En: The scent of thyme came with the breeze, and the blue of the sea opened doors of adventure in his mind.
El: Πλησίαζε το μεσημεριανό και ο Δημήτρης σκεφτόταν το ταξίδι που είχε προγραμματίσει το σχολείο στα ερείπια της Κνωσού.
En: Lunchtime was approaching, and Dimitris was thinking about the trip that the school had planned to the ruins of Knosou.
El: Εκεί, θα μπορούσε να μάθει για τον Μινωικό πολιτισμό και να αισθανθεί πιο κοντά στις ρίζες του.
