Then, Gunsmoke starring William Conrad, originally broadcast  July 3, 1954, 72 years ago, Word of Honor.  After treating a wounded man, Doc gives his word of honor not to reveal the identities or hiding place of his criminal patients.

Followed by Have Gun Will Travel starring John Dehner, originally broadcast July 3, 1960, 66 years ago, Dad Blamed Luck. Jamie Howard, inveterate gambler and part time horse thief, hires Paladin to regain his lost gold mine. 

Then, Lux Radio Theater,  originally broadcast  July 3, 1939, 87 years ago., Border Town starring Don Ameche, Joan Bennett, and Claire Trevor.  A Mexican lawyer, disbarred when he opposes the upper class, vows to become rich and rise above his humble background. An adaptation of the 1935 motion picture that starred Paul Muni and Bette Davis. 

Finally, Lum and Abner, originally broadcast July 3, 1935, 91 years ago, Lawyar Visits Lum. After lecturing Abner about signing a paper without thinking about it, Lum does the same thing with Mr. Ferguson, Squire Skimp's lawyer!
