Jako Lucas - Arapaima Fishing With Capt. Jack Productions

Season 4 Episode 50 Published 4 years, 1 month ago
Description

The arapaima is a fish that has been at the top of my bucket list for a long time. When I recently saw my friend Jako Lucas posting about them on Instagram, I had to get him back on the podcast to tell me about it. In this episode Jako talks us though how crazy it is to catch these fish on the fly. He has a ton of experience with these fish and we go over what gear he uses, technique, and plenty of fish stories including an 8 foot arapaima that he caught that was so big that he couldn’t even get his arms around it. If you want to see more amazing photos and videos of arapaima, be sure to follow Jako on Instagram @captjackproductions
