Mark was born and raised in Waynesboro, Virginia. Mark is married to his wife Sharon and they currently live in Harrisonburg with their three kids. Mark and his family are part of Church of the Nazarene Harrisonburg and are planning to to be part of the East Rockingham campus when it launches.
