General Hospital spoilers for July 06-10, 2026 see tensions rise as Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota)'s end looms and Rocco Falconeri returns to Port Charles, much to the surprise of everyone. The mysterious WSB boss Z also makes his appearance, setting his sights on Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). 

Spoilers for GH reveal Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) overhears a shocking confession on Spoon Island, pushing her into a desperate situation. Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) also stumbles into General Hospital, leaving Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) in a state of shock. 

GH spoilers suggest the situation intensifies as Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) tries to take James away from Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). This leads to a difficult decision that could potentially risk Cody's relationship with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos). 

More GH spoilers divulge that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets caught in a trap set by Sidwell, putting multiple lives at risk. As the episode reaches its climax, Carly comes face to face with Cassius, while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) gets arrested for abducting Rocco. The episode ends with Carly unleashing her fury the week of 7/06 - 7/10/2026.
