The Storm Is Over... But You're Still Waiting | Genesis 8 | Beers with Jesus
Published 3 months ago
Description
After 150 days of chaos, the rain stops… but the waiting has only just begun. In this episode of Beers with Jesus, Todd and Carrie walk through Genesis 8 and explore what it really feels like when the worst of the storm is over, yet you’re still floating — waiting for dry ground and a new world to appear.
We talk about:
• The two long phases of every storm (survival + slow recovery)
• Grief, cancer, loss, and how God remakes us
• Learning humility and dependence in the waiting
• Why mercy always has the final word
• Noah’s first act after the flood and God’s powerful promise
If you’re in that “waters receding” season of life right now — this episode is for you.
