The Least Educated Cities In US & Sony Deleting Movies and TV Shows

Published 11 hours ago
Description

WalletHub ranked Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, Modesto, Salinas, and Stockton among the nation's least-educated metro areas based largely on college-degree attainment rates. Fresno placed 144th out of 150 metros, while nearby Visalia ranked last. Meanwhile, San Jose ranked among the nation's most-educated regions.

Sony plans to remove 551 StudioCanal movies and TV shows from PlayStation libraries on September 1, 2026. Even users who previously paid for the content will lose access, and no refund program has been announced. The move has renewed concerns that many so-called digital "purchases" are actually revocable licenses rather than permanent ownership.
