FAST. Take something you like, maybe something you depend on, and set it down for a day, or a couple days. Simple as that. During your fast, remember Jesus' words, "... People do not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God." Matthew 4:4 (ESV). We depend on someone else. Our Maker!
