The State Board of Education has approved a Bible-infused reading list for public schools beginning in 2030. One of America's best-known Christian seminaries has been removed from the United Methodist Church's list of approved schools. The denomination decided to delist Asbury Theological Seminary after the school reaffirmed its biblical belief that marriage is between one man and one woman. On June 29, Christians around the world marked the Day of the Christian Martyr, honoring believers who gave their lives rather than deny Jesus Christ.
