Before cotton was king, there was linen. A group of Midwest farmers and fiber artists are working to revive the tradition of growing and wearing linen fabric. WORT’s Sara Gabler attended an event at the Helen Louise Allen Textile Collection on the UW-Madison campus to learn about the history of linen textiles.
