Daryl Ruiter: Cavs Should Move on From Harden "As Soon As Humanly Possible"
Published 1 day, 13 hours ago
Description
Daryl Ruiter tells Ken and Anthony he's at 55 percent on LeBron returning to Cleveland but says he can't stomach the idea of him joining the Warriors after they took multiple championships from him. He explains why he wants the Cavs to move off James Harden quickly, viewing him purely as a vehicle to duck under the second luxury tax apron and give Koby Altman roster flexibility, while also taking issue with Harden's age, turnovers and defense. Ruiter also says he'd have rather traded Donovan Mitchell than Evan Mobley for Jaylen Brown, arguing Brown fits better next to Mobley. He closes by dismissing Johnny Manziel's renewed shots at the Browns and saying Brendan Sorsby's lack of a strong draft grade explains why teams are unwilling to deal with the off field baggage.
