It's a potpourri day and some pretty interesting "stuff" to talk about.  Starting with the decision from New Zealand to begin a process that will eventually, if it works, end smoking in the country.  But lost more from electric vehicles to shipping containers to diversity issues.  And of course, a possible hint of encouraging news on the Omicron front.
