In Episode 019 I sit down with Greg Lapin. Greg has made a living for the past two decades in law enforcement special operations and Government special operations, deploying to war zones throughout the world. He started his Jiu-Jitsu journey in 2005 and is currently a brown belt and owner of Vida Jiu-Jitsu in Mandeville, Louisiana. This episode takes us to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho where we attended a mutual friend's Celebration of Life.
