Shannon Hennessy is the CEO of VESPIIA (Veterans, Emergency Services + Police Industry Institute of Australia). Here, on the back of VESPIIA's 5th policy paper-release, in the Future Frontline series, Shannon speaks about the importance of women in these roles, and their experience.
