The debate over women serving as pastors has reignited after the Southern Baptist Convention voted to clarify that the office of pastor is reserved for qualified men. Some see this as biblical faithfulness. Others see it as sexism.
So what does Scripture actually teach?
In this episode, I share how my own views changed after studying the Bible for myself, explain why I believe the office of pastor is reserved for men, and discuss why that does not diminish the value, gifting, or influence of women in God's kingdom.
