When I was in early sobriety, the obsession to drink returned. I thought I was doing all the right things - going to meetings, sharing, praying, sponsoring - yet it plagued me nonetheless. I had already began living the 12 Steps to the best of my ability, but I was clearly missing something. 

When I learned some very important but very basic things it went away.
