Days of our Lives July sweeps predictions bring some shocking revelations and unexpected events that are set to take the town of Salem by storm. Fans will see Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) make a surprising confession about her covert activities. Abe Carver (James Reynolds)'s daughter, Lexie Carver (Renee Jones), might once again face a severe health decline, potentially leading to her death. The storyline also hints at EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) firing Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) for prying into DiMera Pharmaceuticals. Along with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), Sarah is investigating the suspicious deaths linked to the company. 

DOOL July sweeps predictions suggest that elsewhere in Salem, fans will see Sydney DiMera (Evelyn Stephenson), EJ and Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney)'s daughter, return from Italy and possibly land herself in danger because of her aunt Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Meanwhile, Chad DiMera (Connor Floyd) is set to discover Cat Greene's secret involvement with the ISA. Meanwhile, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) might finally end his relationship with Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and rekindle his old flame, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). 

Days of our Lives July sweeps predictions indicate a medical emergency involving Kelsey Wesley Kiriakis will bring Joy Wesley and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) closer, potentially driving a wedge between Alex and his wife, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein). Lastly, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) could face a high-risk situation with their pregnancy. As Chanel starts her chemotherapy treatment, she's at risk of going into early labor, putting both her and the baby's lives in danger.
