Bold and the Beautiful gave some major developments as the July sweeps kick in. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is shocked to discover that her daughter, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), is working with Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) as part of Katie Logan's (Heather Tom) new design team. Brooke, who initially dismissed Deke as a non-entity in the industry, is left reeling as she learns that Hope is designing for Katie, and the collection is in Hope's name. 

B&B July sweeps suggest Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) is another character feeling the heat as she may feel betrayed that her partner, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow), didn't tell her that she'll be competing directly against Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards), who was personally trained by master jewelry artisan Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer). Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is notably upset with Hope working with Katie and might demand that Brooke kick Hope off her property. This could lead to Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) moving into the Spencer mansion with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie. 

July sweeps for Bold and Beautiful indicate that Eric Forrester (John McCook) could be upset with Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) for keeping the secret about Hope working with Katie. This might be seen as a betrayal by Eric. In a celebratory twist, Bill and Katie are likely to rejoice as the Hope collection at Logan successfully hits the runway. The fashion press is all abuzz, and this move could significantly boost their sales. 

Bold and Beautiful July sweeps hint that the Forrester Creations might be heading towards a financial crisis. With Eric's couture collection being the most expensive they've ever done and the Logan launch pulling attention away, the Forresters may find themselves in a tight corner.
