Sk: Dávid sa prebúdzal do horúceho letného rána.
En: Dávid was waking up to a hot summer morning.

Sk: Pot ho cítil na čele, ale srdce mu bilo rýchlejšie z nádeje než zo strachu.
En: He felt the sweat on his forehead, but his heart beat faster from hope rather than fear.

Sk: Bol v opustenom botanickom záhrade, jeho kompas jemne vibroval vo vrecku.
En: He was in an abandoned botanical garden, his compass gently vibrating in his pocket.

Sk: V ruke držal mapu rozpadajúceho sa miesta.

Sk: Všetko bolo zarastené, divoké a nepriateľské.
