Dynasty Fantasy Football for Beginners — Start Here | The Optimus Dynasty Show
Description
Cam White and Mike Vadala give first-time dynasty managers a complete starting point for a successful debut season. They share the mistakes they made in their own first leagues, then break down the redraft-to-dynasty mindset shift, how to value players by age, contract and positional lifespan, and why RBs fade fastest while WRs and QBs hold longest.
The second half covers getting into the right league and prepping for your startup: vetting leaguemates, spotting collusion, choosing a format, orphan team etiquette, and locking down scoring, rosters, taxi squads, IR and IDP/TEP/SFLX values before you draft.
