Tour De Munster Gears Up For 2026 Charity Cycle

Published 1 month, 2 weeks ago
Description
More than 100 cyclists will take on a gruelling 600-kilometre journey across Munster this August as part of the 26th annual Tour de Munster charity cycle.   The event, which has raised over €5.5 million since it began, supports the vital work of Down Syndrome Ireland and helps fund services for individuals with Down syndrome and their families throughout the province.   As preparations continue for this year's four-day challenge, we're taking a closer look at what the fundraiser means for those who benefit from it.   Joining Alan Morrissey earlier was Sean Mc Killen, Committee Member with Down Syndrome Ireland's Clare Branch.
