Yesterday I decided to recreate that Portugal vs Uzbekistan World Cup match but only for the first half. I didn’t want to go overboard, so I told myself I won’t score more than 5 goals before halftime. Picked a weak low level team as Uzbekistan because honestly I had no choice if I wanted it to look realistic 🥲🙂 Couldn’t use a strong team and still recreate that scoreline. I played it exactly how Portugal played in full time, just compressed everything into 45 minutes. Short passes, wing play, Ronaldo always in the box.

The goals came fast. Ronaldo scored 2 for me in the first half, proper poacher goals like he does in real life. Then Nuno Mendes got one too, running down the left and slotting it in. I was just moving the ball around, no stress, because the team I picked was too easy. But I stuck to the plan and didn’t push past 5 goals before halftime like I promised myself. Everything looked clean and the recreation felt perfect even though it was only first half.

Full time ended 13:0 sha 😂 I couldn’t stop after halftime. Ronaldo finished with either 7 or 8 goals, not below 7 for sure. The match was supposed to be my post for yesterday but light cut in my hotel the whole day. Couldn’t charge my phone, couldn’t post anything. It felt weird like my daily routine was interrupted. You know that feeling when you do something and can’t share it? That was me yesterday. Couldn’t feel complete but nothing I could do then.
