Description

Tonight I was joined by Survival Steve, Pink and Paul for a wide-ranging, lively conversation that started with the political theatre around Keir Starmer’s resignation and quickly opened into a bigger discussion about whether the news is real reporting or carefully managed distraction. We talked about how easy it is to get dragged into negativity, so I kept coming back to the importance of humour, kindness, hobbies, self-sufficiency and building a positive mindset if we’re going to cope with the madness around us.

We also reflected on lockdown experiences, home education, diet, healing, local community life, and the bigger question of authority itself. Steve brought his usual focus on psychological warfare, natural law and taking meaningful action rather than sitting in despair, while Pink shared personal stories about family, faith, resilience and creating a peaceful life. It was one of those episodes that moved from politics to spirituality to practical living, but the thread running through it all was simple: keep thinking for yourself, keep your spirits up, and never lose your sense of humour.
