Sometimes it’s hard to keep going when we don’t have what we need.
Abraham and Isaac were making a long trip, carrying a lot of stuff when Isaac noticed what they were missing:
“The fire and the wood are here, but where is the lamb for a burnt offering?” — from Genesis 22:7
Without the lamb, they couldn’t complete what they had set out to do.
Nevertheless, they kept going, trusting that what they needed would be supplied.
