Published 3 months, 1 week ago
Description
The Warriors' first-round pick landed exactly who many expected: Michigan forward Yaxel Lendeborg. He's 24 with great size — which means he's ready to contribute right away. But was he too safe a pick? And now that they have him, what do the Warriors still need? Marcus Thompson, Tim Kawakami and Nick Friedell break down Golden State's pick and situation after Day 1 of the 2026 NBA Draft.
