場景：Amy 跟朋友在國外一家餐廳吃飯，從服務生帶位後開始點餐、客製餐點，一路到最後分帳買單。
Server: Hi there, welcome in! Are you ready to order, or do you need a few more minutes?

Amy: I think we're ready. Could I get the grilled salmon?
