Niklas was diagnosed with coeliac disease before he even turned one year old and only after months of tests and not getting any better. He learned an important lesson later on asas a young boy, which was how to read labels. He quickly learned what was good for his body and what was bad. NIklas is currently an expert in Dietetics and Human Nutrition and founded the Natruly company.
