A former Naval Flight Officer and combat veteran of Operation Desert Storm, he later served in senior leadership roles across the Department of Defense, the U.S. Senate, and multiple national veteran organizations. Shoebob previously led the DoD’s Federal Voting Assistance Program, where he increased military voter participation by 21%, and has held key advocacy and strategy positions supporting disabled veterans, military families, and national defense policy.
