We walk through the CDC data step by step, looking at strength of association, timing, dose response, plausibility, consistency, specificity, and the places where the morel theory starts to strain.
This is the deeper dive behind the trial: how toxicologists stress-test an outbreak theory when there is no smoking gun, no known toxin, and no easy answer.
