General Hospital spoilers for June 22 - July 03, 2026 expect a thrilling news as Anna Devane (played by Finola Hughes) makes her return and Jen Sidwell's (played by Carlo Rota) last desperate move is set to take place. On the 22nd of June, Joe Fitzpatrick (played by Jonathan Bennett) takes a statement from Lucy Coe (played by Lynn Herring) setting off a sequence of events that could lead to Willow Tait (played by Katelyn MacMullen) being framed. 

GH spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (played by Amanda Setton) gets an update, possibly from Lucy about the PCPD, while Harrison Chase (played by Josh Swickard) makes a choice that might set boundaries with Willow. Meanwhile, Sonny Corinthos (played by Maurice Benard) challenges Ava Jerome (played by Maura West). As the week continues, Laura Webber (played by Genie Francis) learns a secret, possibly about Sidwell's hotel trick, and Brooklynn vents to Michael Corinthos (played by Rory Gibson).

General Hospital July sweeps kick off on June 25th and Jordan Ashford (played by Tanisha Harper) needs help and Chase gets a warning. The following day, Willow is completely stunned, possibly due to being questioned about an accident she had no involvement in. Anna Devane does something risky, and Curtis Ashford (played by Donnell Turner) jumps to the wrong conclusion yet again.

More GH spoilers reveal Jenz Sidwell lays out his plan for revenge while Willow is in disbelief at her accusation. Anna returns to Port Charles and gets her job back, and Drew Cain Quartermaine's (played by Cameron Mathison) recovery begins. The identity of the mysterious Z will soon be revealed. The final face-off between Sonny and Sidwell is set to take place at Windermere, with Josslyn Jacks (played by Eden McCoy) involved in the final battle.
