Speed demons took to the track as the Need for Speed Karting Championship exploded into action at the 555 Speedway—Jeremy Ten Pow ruled the SuperMoto Senior Class with three wins and the overall title, Paige Mendonca dominated the Female Briggs Class, Zachary Persaud swept his Honda GX200 class, Calvin Ming crushed the Briggs & Stratton Senior Light class and narrowly edged out a win in Senior Heavy, Matthew Daby cleaned up in Junior Briggs, and Asrudeen Mohamed took all three Cadet wins. Veteran honors went to Stanley Ming, while Justin Ten Pow and Lashon Lewis also delivered standout performances. The championship heats up again September 13th at Leonora Stadium.
