A U.S. district judge has thrown out six grand jury subpoenas issued by the Trump Justice Department against top Minnesota officials, including Gov. Tim Walz and Attorney General Keith Ellison. In a strongly worded opinion, the judge said the subpoenas were issued to harass political opponents and lacked a legitimate investigative purpose.
