Beyond the Gates predictions indicate that Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) wakes from surgery, shocked to discover that Kat (Colby Muhammad) was her liver donor. Meanwhile, young Hayley Hamilton (Marquita Goings) is showing increasingly disturbing behavior. Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) grows suspicious of Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley), and Hayley's plot against Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) takes a dark turn. The episode also hints at a potential romance between Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) and Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli). 

BTG hints that Kat experiences complications following her surgery, raising concerns about an underlying health issue. The aftermath of the surgery sees Andre questioning Dani's actions during the recent tornado event, increasing tensions between the pair. As Andre stumbles upon a conversation about cheating between Dani and Vanessa, his suspicions about his wife's loyalty are aroused. 

Beyond the Gates spoilers show that Hayley's plot against Bill takes a nefarious turn as she plans to poison him, fearing he might leave her for Dani. Joey's feelings for Vanessa deepen, and he suggests she moves in with him, a proposition that could stir up conflict with Deanna. 

BTG spoilers reveal that Eva wants to make amends and prove herself worthy of Kat's sacrifice. However, Leslie's (Trisha Mann) announcement threatens to wreak havoc and tensions are high as Eva attempts to control her mother's disruptive behavior.
